Terms of Service

Estimates. Online estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on site if the actual volume or materials differ from what was submitted.

Scheduling. Arrival windows are two hours wide. We will contact you if a crew is running behind.

Prohibited items. We cannot accept hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste or flammable liquids.

Payment. Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Invoices are available in your customer portal.

Cancellations. Cancel or reschedule any time before your crew is dispatched at no charge.
